While we here at Burgundy do beef best, we are fortunate to network with local small family farms for delicious Pasture-Raised Pork. The hogs are raised on pasture - free to roam, forage and root, and are supplemented with a clean healthy grain mix. It is the pork of yesteryear…flavorful, juicy & tender. And the hogs are never given Antibiotics.
