The Boucherie is the first and only exclusively pastured meats butcher market in the D/FW area.

Our Boucherie (the term is French for Butcher Market) is where we cut our meats with detail and care - one cow at a time. This is not factory style production - we are small, everything is under the direction of our Master Butcher - Lanette Holbert and 2 expert assistants - Sally Dela Torre and Liebe Slingland. They prepare 1 delicious steak, 1 juicy burger, or 1 mouth watering marbled roast at a time.
But the Boucherie is much more than a place to cut and package your meats. It is also a place you can come to shop in our store. We offer a good selection of cuts in our fresh case, as well as other seasonal fare.
What it means for you - is dependability, consistency, and added convenience. Choose from the approximately 45 different cuts offered or we can customize any special cut you desire. All of it adds up to enhanced Flexibility and Service for you.

| We are located near Interstate 35W - approximately 35 minutes South of Downtown Ft Worth and 50 minutes Southwest of Downtown Dallas.
• Coming from Dallas - 35E south to Hwy 67 south, to 35W south to the Hwy 81/Grandview exit.
• Coming From Ft Worth - 35W south to Hwy 81/Grandview exit.
• Hwy 81 brings you into Grandview, go right at the red light, cross the railroad tracks - we are approximately 1/2 mile past the tracks on the left. |
