The combination of pasture grown and dry aged produces a ground meat with excellent flavor. Our ground meats are exactly what we say they are - absolutely nothing else added. And it's done in Old World butcher shop fashion - no factory style massive quantities. We offer three different types of ground beef. The premium ground beef and ground chuck yield lots of flavor for burgers and they grill best. Ground round is the leanest, which is great for casseroles, meat loafs, meatballs, stir-fry, etc. The ground meats may vary a bit in fat content according to the weather seasons. Unless otherwise noted, packages average 1 LB each and come in a tube style plastic package.
