| Our pastured lamb is raised by Luis and Myriam Frick of Mustang Creek Farms. The ranch is located in the Southwestern part of Red River County, on the edge of the Blackland Prairie. The lambs are 100% grass-fed enjoying a combination of clovers, legumes, grasses and herbs. NO hormones, antibiotics, grain supplements or any other substance not natural for a ruminant animal are ever used.
You will find this lamb juicy, mild, and as with all our offerings - is raised and presented in a true food artisan's tradition.
We cut and package the lamb fresh for you. All the lamb cuts are included in the 10 Pound minimum for home delivery. |
