| Cooking Classes | Whether cooking is a chore, a passion, or something in between – we have something to offer when it comes to preparing wholesome and delicious meals.
Over time – we will include a varied array of classes – from simple 2 hour classes focusing on a specific cut or cooking technique to longer classes that will include a ranch tour, kitchen class and meal.
For something different in cooking classes – emphasis will be on meats and in particular pasture raised meats.
At its most basic level – our desire is to teach more about meat cuts, specific cooking techniques and a little about our food system in general – especially when it comes to meats. Then you have the basic course of any meal. And in an effort to design classes around your needs we always appreciate feedback about what would be most important to you.
